I have a two year old son- very active and happy but a typical boy. He plays rough outside and I bought one of those playground slide sets for him. He came back from his fathers (who is known to have anger issues) with a small bruise on his upper back thigh. Over the next few days it spread and look like a rash.. I made an appointment at the dr and tried to get out of work or at least come in late but was threatened with multiple write ups and possible termination. My cousin offered to take my son to the dr for me and she called to say te dr said it "looks the size of a hand print".. and they called cps. I rushed over.. the cps agent said it didn't really look like a hand print and it looked like a rash.. but they did standard protocal.. pics etc. The next day I get a home visit and the mystery bruise is literally almost gone. My house was a lil messy. The worker told me "don't worry, if we tell you you are a good parent.. you're a good parent. doesn't matter what the father says.".. after explaining the strained relationship between the father and I. I told the father the situation and reminded him later. Now, a month later, cps is finally calling references. All of a sudden I am being baited and harassed by the father calling me a liar and basically trying to get me to say things that aren't true and make me look inconsistent...I don't even spank our son.. I am really devastated by this and its caused so much drama because I worried about a bruise/rash. Will cps take my son?

They may, they may not. I have been in your situation because of an accident and my children were removed and in foster car for two years. Not saying that this may happen with you, my situation was completely different. My kids dad was abusive but there was a documented history of his violent actions. I would just say that if after a month and they haven't taken your son, then they won't. Chances are they are just covering their paper trail asses before closing the case.

Probably not. They have enough children in the system, who have really been abused, they aren't going to be in a rush to take yours, not without clear proof of wrong doing.

You are supposed to be a 15 year old boy, now you have a child ? When are you going to stop trolling ?
