You need to get a lawyer. If you dont already have court established guardianship, then theres not a very good chance you will get the kids. But you might get weekends and holidays and summmers. Courts like to give kids to the moms. Which is not always the best thing. If you cant afford a lawyer there are ohter ways to do this. There are free public lawyers. Get a hold of cps or dhs or whatever it is in your state.

I had some friends in high school and when they got their phone taken away their parents would give them a crappy family phone that basically had their parents number in it and they could call 911. Even if they don't have that, they're surrounded by tons of people with phones in case of an emergency. The actual chance of there being an emergency in which you must have your phone in the short time that you're being punished is pretty incredibly small anyway, I think it's more important to teach a kid a life lesson than try to bubble wrap them from the world in case of the "what ifs". Sure they could take something else away, but generally kids treasure their phones the most.

This is the best option for a reverse phone number lookup https://tr.im/721a7
Receiving a one or two hang up calls each month is probably nothing to worry about, but when those calls increase in frequency and if it happens in the middle of the night then you must do something to stop it, before it starts affecting your life. With the help of this services you can take away the one advantage these people have - their anonymity.

You can't file kidnapping charges if she has full custody. If she doesn't the by all means beat her to it. The first one to ask gets it till a court date is set. If neither of you have custody(legally) then when you find them do what i did. Kidnap your own kids. Posession is 9/10 of the law. Not a thing she can do. Sad for the kids so i would suggest getting the custody papers first

reverse phone number search compiles hundreds of millions of phone book records to help locate the owner's name, location, time zone, email and other public information.
Use a reverse phone lookup to:
Get the identity of an unknown caller.
Identify an area code.
Recall the name of a person whose number you wrote down.
Identify an unfamiliar phone number that shows up on your bill.

If you have custody of your kids ,then you have the right to search for them, just get a private Detective they'll help you out. But if you don't sit back and relaxs they will return back to you, blood is thicker than water ,they'll miss you. Good luck

you can subscribe to on-line services that will find her in public records by using her's or the kids SS#.
search google for people finder to get several companys.
It will cost about 20-30 bucks.
