a- to be honest I prefer a fake tree. We have a 5ft tree which we have decorated and it looks just as good as the real ones.

When I was younger we used to have a real tree and I remember my mum used to spend every day clearing up after it.

b- I lobe wrapping all the gifts. I sometimes use bags, but always wrap the present first before putting it in there

c- I love opening wrapped gifts

d- I am not keen on eggnog but will have a little

e- I love all of the buffet that we have on boxing day. Sausage rolls, cold meats, mayonaise, bread rolls, chocolate etc

f- we put out a mince pie for santa, a drink. Then we put a carrot for the reindeers

6- jingle bells

h- My doll lucy when I was 7. I am now 24 and still have her

i- I love christmas. Being a mum just makes it even more exciting.

j- Yes i am one big kid!

k- My dad was a bit of a scrooge and did not like christmas at all. My mum made it special for us though

l- Hvae one with my partne rof 6 years every year!

I.) NO WAY! Christmas is my absolute favorite time of year. I was excited about before I had kids.

L.) Yes! Last year my husband and I took my daughter to see this "Lights of the Ozarks" they have here, and there was mistletoe. Of course, we had a 1yr old stuck between us, but. :)

M.) Not if it's used properly. It just stuck everywhere in clumps, then yeah. But, I happen to use tinsel..not this year,but that's only because I keep forgetting to buy some.

a) I like how my aunt and uncle use to always have a real tree :) They smell good and look so pretty! Plus it's fun to go out and pick the perfect one. But for my house, fake works best. So I guess I prefer fake trees, but I always hope to have a close friend or relative that gets a real one. (and will hopefully take my daughter out to enjoy the experience of picking a tree when she is a little older)

b) I love wrapping gifts! It is actually one of my favorite parts of the season and helps ensure that I'm in the Christmas spirit.

c) In general I prefer to open wrapped gifts. It's fun because you can shake and try to guess what they are before you tear in to them. But the occasional pretty bag is always welcome.

d) Eggnog is ok. I usually split a small (12 or 16 oz) bottle with my daughter and a friend. But I have never had it with alcohol and don't think I could handle more than 2-4 ounces of the stuff. (so sweet)

e) mmm... My uncle made the most delicious cranberry bread in the world one year! That was my favorite, but he forgot the recipe. I don't know what would come next. There are so many good things!

f) When I was a kid, I worried about Santa's health and sometimes opted to leave him carrots, celery, bottle of medicine incase he had an upset tummy from too many cookies, and water. Now, I let my daughter choose. I think last year was chocolate chip, year before that was oreos. Don't know what this year will be ... Maybe the chocolate chip ones with oatmeal.

g) Don't have a specific favorite song. But there are several that I hope to hear every year. Including ones that make me feel all emotional like Christmas Carol and funny ones like Grandma Got Run Over By A Reindeer and "Christmasy" ones about the birth of Jesus.

h) Best gift I ever got. ... hmm. There have been so many amazing ones. I think of the courage to get rid of my kid's abusive dad before Christmas 2003 was pretty amazing. And the next year - I got to spend Christmas with my grandfather who I hadn't seen in 17 years! I guess they could both be summed up with the chance to appreciate time with my family.

i) I love Christmas! I have fun on Christmas for me and I make sure my daughter has fun too.

j) Oddly enough, I think I grow up a little more around Christmas. I try to step back and let the kids have most of the fun on Christmas day. But I would probably still count as a "kid."

k) Nope. I have never met a Scrooge.

l) Nope. Haven't ever had a romantic kiss under a mistletoe I think I'll put it on my todo list though.
