Does this mean my son is gay?

We were at this party at our country club. My son said he was going to head outside for some air, when it was time to leave I went to tell him. I saw him outside slow dancing with another boy. So does this mean my son is gay? He is 15 years old if that matters. Do you think the boy who we know as his friend the one he was dancing with is his boyfriend? They looked so cute together I wish I had taken a picture

My god people! Quit bashing this poor mother for asking a simple question! She obviously isn't judging him for it-she's just trying to get a second opinion. And yes I do think he very well may be gay, it sounds so sweet :)

Maybe.... maybe not. For some teens now a days "experimenting" is the new thing. Me and my sisters went through it and grew out of it. My sis joined the navy and that stopped it. My younger sis learned that girls are really annoying and became a tom boy. I learned that kissing a girl wasn't all that great so I got out of it too.



But he may stick with it if he likes it. To me love is love no matter the gender.

You know 15 year old boys, they love to mess around and joke about.

If he does turn out to be gay, he most likely will tell you anyway, someday, when he really knows it. You just have to build up trust, and no matter if he is gay you should love him no matter what.

ooo yeah gay for sure especially at that age like think about it when boys are 15 the want girl attention from them , they even stock them , but if you are going to ask him dont be straight with the question try to go around the bush see what activities he dose and compare the with those of a straight kid

More importantly, would you be offended or hate your son if he was gay? Do not ask him because while he is only 15, he could have been just messing around, but if he is gay, don't make him admit it. He will admit it in his own time-and you should love him no matter what.

Maybe he was dancing with a very ugly girl that you mistook for a boy. Also, how did he react when you told him it was time to go and he knew you seen him?

What does it matter if he is gay, he is your son right? Maybe it does but you'd have to ask him yourself, that said if he is gay and is socializing with other boys his age then maybe he'll have the confidence to tel you himself.
