Me and my husband try to laugh a lot because we both believe laughter is the best medicine. Do you try to keep the mood light in your house?

It is not always easy, but yes. I try to laugh and have her laugh....Even if I had the worst day I try to give her that joy. I applaud you and your husband for giving that to your child. I honestly think there is no greater gift you can give your child than the gift of laughter.

Yes. My son and I have laughing time. Where we just sit and laugh at each other. It makes us both feel better. I know even after a crappy day, laughing at some crazy face my son makes can make the world go away. When he laughs while he's playing by himself, I will laugh too. Long and LOUD!!! Laughing, even for no apparent reason is healthy.

We try to laugh several times a day especially on our worst days. I do believe it is the best medicine. My kids even know and they will make me laugh and smile if i look upset.
